  1. Gameplay and Telemetry Data: Playtime, game progress, performance statistics, platform achievements, scores, cloud save data, and in-game purchase history.

  3. Device and Technical Data: Device model, operating system and version, screen resolution, system language, IP address, unique device identifiers (such as IDFV on iOS and Android Advertising ID on Android), and crash logs.

Because our services operate alongside global platform infrastructures (Apple, Google, Valve), your data may be transferred to and stored on servers located outside your country of residence, adhering to applicable international data protection standards (including GDPR and LGPD).

Note on Account Deletion: To request the deletion of personal data processed directly by Mad Mimic, please contact us using the details in Section 8. Data managed directly by platform providers (Steam, Apple, or Google) must be managed or deleted directly through your respective platform account settings.

6. Age Ratings and Child Safety

Our games are not directed at children without parental or legal guardian consent, in accordance with applicable laws (such as COPPA in the United States and global child protection frameworks).


We strictly adhere to official age ratings established by rating boards, including the ESRB, PEGI, ClassInd, and platform-native systems (IARC on Google Play, App Store guidelines, and Steam age restrictions). If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a minor without verified parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that information.
